Compressor Maintenance Scope Of Work:

Rotary Screw:

 

Minor Service Scope of Work

  • Replace oil filter

  • Replace air filter

  • Record volts and amps

  • Record temperatures

  • Clean scavenge line orifices

  • Clean coolers with compressed air

  • Inspect Control System functions; adjust if necessary

  • Verify correct control settings; adjust if necessary

  • Check moisture separator

  • Inspect coupling

  • Inspect control devices

  • Test run unit

  • Check for unusual noise or vibration

  • Clean compressor

  • Provide a written report

 

Major (Annual) Service Scope of Work

  • All of the above

  • Replace Separator

  • Change Oil

  • Inspect and Clean as needed All Automatic Condensate Drain Valves

  • Tighten all electrical connections

  • Inspect Starter Contacts

  • Check Air Dryer for proper operation

  • Inspect Drain Valve function

  • .Clean Air Dryer Condenser Coil with compressed air if applicable.

 

All routine service procedures and parts replacement quoted in this Service Agreement are based on the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommended maintenance intervals. The frequency of maintenance intervals may vary based on the ambient environment, the equipment run time and other operating conditions. Whenever a West Coast Compressor Service Technician identifies a need for additional service or repairs that are outside the scope of work covered by this Service Agreement you will be notified promptly. A separate quote will be provided for your approval for any additional service or repairs needed.

Standard Payment Terms:

Prices: Prices quoted are firm for 30 days.

Taxes: Prices quoted do not include sales tax or freight.

Payment: Our terms are net 30 days with approved credit. Annual Service Agreement Quotes can be paid in full or as Services are performed.

 

Service Parts and Labor Rates:

All WCC Service Agreement Customers will receive a 10% discount on parts and labor for scheduled preventative maintenance. WCC will maintain this discount for any repairs that are performed at the time of the scheduled preventative maintenance. Service labor quoted herein is based on work performed during West Coast Compressor’s normal work hours, Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM at a rate of $120 per hour.

 

Emergency Service for Service Agreement Customers:

West Coast Compressor emergency service is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. After hours emergency troubleshooting and repair service, for all Service Agreement Customers, will be invoiced at the standard service labor rate of $120 per hour for the first four (4) hours of emergency. After the first four (4) hours of emergency service work, WCC’s standard overtime service labor rates will apply.

 

Standard overtime rates are as follows Monday – Friday 4:00PM – 7:00PM $180 per hour, after 7:00PM $240 per hour; Saturday 7:00AM – 4:00PM $180 per hour, after 4:00PM $240 per hour; Sunday $240 per hour.

 

Rental Compressors:

Rental compressors are available for delivery 24-hours, seven days a week. WCC Service Agreement Customers will have priority and discounted rates based on availability.
