Compressed Air Dryers
Mikropor provides best in class compressed air dryer at a cost-effective price. A state of the art heat exchanger and the refrigerant compressor provide the highest cost savings against the competition.
Mikropor Cycling Dryers cools a special liquid and stores it in a cold tank having 34 F temperature. This liquid is cycled in the dryer to cool down compressed air. This technology helps the customers to consume much less energy when the dryer gets 5-95 % air flow.
Most of the compressor manufacturers do not use aftercooler on their piston type compressors. Therefore, compressed air exits the compressor at about 240 F temperature. Mikropor High Temperature Dryer come with an aftercooler to reduce the inlet temperature

Pre-filters and after-filters are standard on all Mikropor Heatless Air Dryers to keep the air stream clean and maintain the integrity of the desiccant medium.
Mikropor MBL Series Blower Purge Heated Desiccant Air Dryers provide constant -40 F pressure dew point with No Purge Air Losses.
These energy efficient dryers are designed to supply clean and very dry compressed air for critical applications.

Mikropor MNG Series Nitrogen Generation Packages enable the production of High Quality Nitrogen as your processes require. The nitrogen is generated at the volume and quality desired and remove the management concerns of refilling tanks and dewers as many are so accustomed to.
Mikropor MNG Series Nitrogen Generation Packages include Carbon Tower Filtration, Nitrogen Generator, Buffer Tank, Final Filtration and options for Purity Measurement and Flow Control.
